About Jessica

Jessica is the Co-Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of LEO Wealth, an independent global wealth advisor and multifamily office. Based in Hong Kong, her team provides comprehensive wealth management, cross-border investment and family office services. Her expertise includes tax, financial, matrimonial and estate planning, and she specialises in serving global citizens — particularly Americans living in Asia and Asian families with US connections.

Prior to LEO Wealth, Jessica was a founding partner, responsible officer and compliance officer at The Capital Company, an independent asset management firm formed at the beginning of 2017.

Before this, she co-founded EXS Capital Asia Limited in 2008, building the firm's wealth management practice. She and her team built a substantial asset management and financial planning practice at EXS, as one of Asia's first fee-only fiduciary independent wealth practices serving international families.

Before she moved to Asia in 2003, Jessica worked for Charles Schwab in the US. Her cross-border expertise in trust and estate planning is recognised by her acceptance into the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). She holds an MBA from Temple University in Tokyo and is an Accredited Domestic Partnership Advisor (ADPA) and Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist (CRPS).
