These terms govern your use of circle26.com. By using the site, you accept them.
They cover the website itself. Different terms apply when you buy something from us or join our community:

1. Who we are
Circle Family Office Pte. Ltd. ("Circle 26", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in Singapore, company number 202526403M, registered office 160 Robinson Road, #14-04 SBF Centre, Singapore.

2. What this site is
An information site. It explains what we do, publishes our writing on running a Lean Family Office, and lets you take an assessment, download a guide, register for an event, subscribe to our newsletter, apply for membership or book a session.
It is not advice. Nothing on this site is investment, tax, legal, accounting or regulatory advice, and nothing on it is an offer or invitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Our Disclaimer sets this out in full and forms part of these terms.
We are not regulated. Circle 26 is not a regulated financial adviser, investment adviser, fund manager, tax adviser, accountant, auditor, law firm, trustee or custodian, and is not licensed or regulated in any jurisdiction in any such capacity.
3. Using the site
You may read this site, and use what you find here inside your own family office or organisation.
You may not:
- copy, republish or redistribute our content, other than brief quotation with attribution and a link
- present our frameworks, templates or methodology as your own, or use them to deliver services to other families
- use automated means to scrape, harvest or systematically extract content
- attempt to gain access to any part of the site you are not authorised to reach, or to interfere with how it works
- use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that harms anyone else's use of it
4. The Wealth Clarity Assessment
The assessment at circle26.com/assessment is a self-assessment tool. You answer thirty questions and it returns a profile.
How it works. Your answers stay in your browser and are not sent to us, unless you ask us to email you the written profile.
What it is. A structured way of seeing where your own office stands, based on what you tell it. It scores your answers against our framework and nothing else.
What it is not. A recommendation, a diagnosis, a valuation, or any kind of advice. It does not know your jurisdictions, your structures or your obligations. It has not verified anything you entered. Nobody at Circle 26 sees your answers or acts on them unless you send them to us.
Treat the result as a prompt for a conversation, not a conclusion.
5. Our content
Everything on this site — text, images, the Blueprint, the frameworks, the assessment methodology, the templates and the design — belongs to Circle 26 or our licensors, and is protected by copyright and other rights.
The Blueprint™ and Circle 26 are our marks.
You may quote briefly with attribution and a link back. You may not reproduce a substantial part of anything without our written permission.
6. Third-party content and links
We link to other sites, including our community platform on Circle.so and content published by others. We do not control them and we are not responsible for what they contain.
Where we publish something written by, or in conversation with, someone outside Circle 26 — an essay, a session, an interview — the views are theirs.
networth.pro is a personal publication of a member of our team, operated separately with its own terms and privacy notice.
7. Accuracy and availability
We take care with what we publish, and we say where our figures come from. But content on this site is general, is current only as at the date given, and may be out of date by the time you read it.
Do not act on anything here without taking your own advice.
We try to keep the site available but do not guarantee it. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
8. Our liability
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law:
- We provide this site as it is, with no warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, anything on this site, including the assessment.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, anticipated savings, opportunity, goodwill or reputation.
- We are not liable for investment losses, tax liabilities, penalties or fines arising from a decision you took.
Where you buy a service from us, our liability for that service is governed by our Terms of Business or your Services Agreement, not by this section.
9. Your data
How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. Cookies and similar technologies are covered in our Cookies Policy.
10. Anything you send us
Where you send us a message, an application, an idea or a comment, you confirm it is yours to send and that it is accurate so far as you know.
We may use ideas and feedback to improve what we do, without obligation to you. We will not publish anything that identifies you or your family without your written consent.
Do not send us confidential information about a family, a structure or a transaction through a website form. If it is sensitive, tell us and we will arrange a proper channel.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here, and the date above tells you when it last changed.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, except where you are a consumer and the law of your own country gives you the right to bring proceedings there.
