Membership

Everything you need to run the office. And the room that keeps you honest.

Circle 26 membership gives whoever runs your family office the standard, the method, and the peers to do it well: the Lean Family Office Blueprint™, a facilitated Wealth Clarity Session, and everything you need to design, build, and run the office. One fixed annual fee per family office.

What's included

What does Circle 26 membership include?

Included 01

The Wealth Clarity Session

A facilitated 90-minute assessment across ten operational domains, scored on complexity and maturity by an assessor rather than by you. You receive a written report: findings and a prioritised roadmap. This is the onboarding — it answers the question every new member has: where do I start?

Included 02

The Lean Family Office Blueprint™

The 18-step, five-pillar operating system for building and running a Lean Family Office. Every step produces a tangible artefact with written instructions, done-looks-like criteria, and the templates to complete it.

Included 03

The Operating System

A standardised application: the wealth map, entity register, obligations calendar, and decision record. Runs on your own machine or a server you control, and holds your own data.

Included 04

Monthly Sessions

Regular Monthly Sessions led by industry practitioners and the Circle 26 team.

Included 05

The Peer Circle

A capped room of people running Lean Family Offices, under the Chatham House Rule throughout. A private channel between sessions, and the only place where real operational questions get a real answer from someone who has done it.

Pricing

How does membership pricing work?

Priced per family officeNot per person — three seats included
Year oneIncludes the facilitated Wealth Clarity Session
From year twoLower membership fee

The figure depends on nothing about your portfolio and everything about keeping it simple: one fixed fee per office, discussed when you apply — and confirmed in writing before you commit.

Who joins

Who joins Circle 26?

The Principal

“I am the family office. That's the problem.”

You built the wealth and you run the coordination — from memory, between everything else. It works, and nobody could take over.

The Chief of Staff / Family Office Manager

“I do the coordination. Nobody else knows what that means.”

You hold the whole picture for one family, with no standard, no benchmark, and no peer who understands the job.

The Director / COO of a small office

“The system works because I'm in it.”

Two or three people running real complexity. You've built it by instinct, and you want to test it against something.

Admission is selective by design. Every application is reviewed for genuine coordination responsibility — real entities, real jurisdictions, a real seat. Membership is capped: the quality of the room depends entirely on who is in it.

Boundaries

What Circle 26 does not do

We don't manage your assets.

We don't take custody.

We don't sell products.

We don't advise on tax or law.

We don't charge on assets.

We take no fee, rebate or commission from any provider. Ever.

Your advisors stay yours. Your money stays yours. The office becomes yours.

Questions

Questions members ask

Can my chief of staff attend instead of me?

Yes — membership covers three seats per family office, and it doesn't matter who uses them. Most offices send whoever runs the coordination day to day; many principals attend the sessions relevant to decisions only they can make.

What if we already have systems in place?

Then the Wealth Clarity Session will show it — and where the genuine gaps are. Several members joined precisely to test what they'd built against a standard. If the assessment shows your office is well governed, the report says so.

What does membership cost?

Membership is one fixed annual fee per family office, covering three seats, with the facilitated Wealth Clarity Session included in year one. It is never linked to your assets. We confirm the figure at application — take the assessment first, and if membership isn't right for you yet, we'll say so. If you have already paid for a Wealth Clarity Session, that fee is credited in full against your first year's membership. You never pay for the session twice, and the total is the same whichever order you do it in.

Is there a certification?

Not yet, and we won't claim one before it exists. The standard comes first; a credential only means something once the practice behind it is proven.

Can we leave?

At any renewal, and everything you've built stays yours — the tools, the operating system, and every template you've deployed. There is nothing to hand back.

One fixed fee. A capped room.

Apply for membership, or take the free assessment of your office first — five minutes, and an honest verdict before any conversation about cost.
