Cookies Policy
How we use cookies and similar technologies.
This policy explains what cookies and similar technologies we use on circle26.com, what each one does, how long it lasts, and how to change your mind at any time.
Read it alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains what we do with personal data more broadly.
1. The short version
Nothing but the essentials runs until you say yes. When you first visit, you choose whether to allow analytics. If you decline, or ignore the banner, no analytics or session-recording cookies are set. The site works fully either way.
We do not use advertising cookies. We do not run ad pixels, we do not build advertising audiences, and we do not share your browsing with advertising networks.
You can change your choice at any time through the cookie settings link in our footer.
2. Who sets these cookies
circle26.com is operated by Circle Family Office Pte. Ltd. (company number 202526403M), 160 Robinson Road, #14-04 SBF Centre, Singapore.

3. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Some are set by us (first-party), others by services we use (third-party). Some last only until you close your browser (session), others persist for a set period.
We also use local storage, a related technology that stores information in your browser rather than sending it to a server. Where we refer to cookies in this policy, we mean both unless we say otherwise.
4. Cookies we use
4.1 Strictly necessary — no consent required
These make the site work. Without them, things you have asked for cannot be delivered. They set no analytics and are used for nothing else.
| NAME | SET BY | PURPOSE | DURATION |
|---|---|---|---|
c26_consent |
Circle 26 | Records your cookie choices so we do not ask again | 12 months |
__cf_bm or equivalent |
Our hosting and security provider | Distinguishes people from automated traffic; protects the site | 30 minutes |
| Assessment local storage | Circle 26 | Holds your answers to the Wealth Clarity Assessment in your own browser while you complete it. Not transmitted to us | Until you close the tab or clear your browser |
__stripe_mid, __stripe_sid |
Stripe | Fraud prevention on the payment page only. Set when you book a Wealth Clarity Session | 12 months / 30 minutes |
On the assessment. Your answers are held on your device so the tool can score them and show you a profile. They are not sent to us. If you ask us to email you the written profile, that is the point at which information reaches us, and only then.
4.2 Analytics — only with your consent
These help us see which pages are read, where people get stuck, and what to fix. We do not use them to identify you.
| NAME | SET BY | PURPOSE | DURATION |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga, _ga_* |
Google Analytics | Distinguishes visitors and sessions; aggregate usage statistics | 24 months |
__hstc, hubspotutk |
HubSpot | Identifies a returning visitor; links form submissions and content views to a contact record | 6 months |
__hssc |
HubSpot | Tracks the current session | 30 minutes |
__hssrc |
HubSpot | Detects whether the visitor has restarted the browser | Session |
_clck |
Microsoft Clarity | Retains a Clarity identifier for the site | 12 months |
_clsk |
Microsoft Clarity | Groups a session's page views | 24 hours |
MUID, CLID, ANONCHK, SM |
Microsoft | Identifiers used by Clarity's infrastructure | Up to 12 months |
Google Tag Manager loads the tools above. It sets no cookies of its own and loads nothing in the analytics category until you consent.
4.3 Session recording — what Microsoft Clarity does, plainly
Microsoft Clarity is more than page counting, so it deserves its own explanation.
Clarity records how you move through a page — mouse movement, scrolling, clicks and the route you take — and lets us replay it. We use it to find where the site is confusing or broken.
Text you type into forms is masked and is not captured.
We do not run session recording on our assessment or application pages at all. Clarity is disabled entirely on those pages, so nothing you enter there is recorded, replayed or transmitted to Microsoft.
We do not use recordings to identify anyone, and we do not attempt to link a recording to a named person. If you would rather we did not record your session, decline analytics in the banner.
4.4 Advertising — none
We set no advertising or retargeting cookies. There is no Meta pixel, no LinkedIn Insight Tag, no Google Ads remarketing tag and no advertising network on this site.
5. Cookies we do not control
Circle.so. Our membership community, the Blueprint and the Peer Circle run on Circle.so, at a different address. Cookies there are set under Circle.so's own cookie and privacy notices, not this one.
networth.pro. Networth is published on its own domain and has its own policies.
Embedded content. Where we embed something from another service — a video, a booking calendar, a map — that provider may set its own cookies once the content loads. We only load such content after you have consented to analytics, unless it is essential to a page you have asked for.
6. Where this data goes
Some of these providers process data outside the UK and the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where personal data protected by the UK GDPR or EU GDPR is transferred, we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
| PROVIDER | PROCESSING LOCATION |
|---|---|
| HubSpot | European Union |
| Google Analytics | United States |
| Microsoft Clarity | United States |
| Stripe | United States |
7. Changing your mind
On this site. Use the cookie settings link in our footer. Your choice takes effect immediately, and analytics cookies already set are cleared.
In your browser. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies:
- Chrome — Settings › Privacy and security › Third-party cookies
- Firefox — Settings › Privacy & Security › Cookies and Site Data
- Safari — Settings › Privacy › Manage Website Data
- Edge — Settings › Cookies and site permissions
Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site working.
Google Analytics specifically. You can opt out across all sites using Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
8. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
There is no agreed standard for how sites should respond to a browser's "Do Not Track" signal, and we do not currently act on it. We do honour your choice in our consent banner, which is the control that matters here.
9. Changes
We will update this policy when the cookies we use change, and revise the date above. Where a change means we would set cookies for a new purpose, we will ask for your consent again.
