Amin Naj

Amin Naj is the founder of Circle 26 and creator of the Lean Family Office Blueprint™.

His work focuses on a recurring problem in complex family wealth: families can have excellent advisers, sophisticated structures and significant resources, while the whole system still depends on one person to hold the picture together.

Amin believes the Principal should own the system, not be the system.

Circle 26 was built around that idea. It provides the operating standard, method and professional home for Lean Family Offices, helping families turn personal knowledge and informal coordination into clear decision rights, reliable records, repeatable workflows and accountable ownership.

Amin has spent more than a decade working across private wealth and family-office structures. Earlier in his career, he led the launch of an asset-management accelerator at Falcon Investment Management, growing it into an award-winning platform, and later co-founded FundFront, a platform for private wealth structures.
